About Me

As a certified personal trainer through NASM and in pre and postnatal athleticism through Brianna Battles, I have extensive experience in strength training and HIIT training. Additionally, my 200-hour yoga certification through My Vinyasa Practice allows me to offer a holistic approach to fitness. My passion lies in helping people find joyful movement in their bodies, and I would love to work with you to achieve your fitness goals. I am now adding coaching services to better help my clients with their overall health.

After 2 kids I couldn’t find any strength in my body. I had pelvic floor issues and no core strength. I knew how to work out but I wasn’t strong enough to safely start anything! Rachel broke it all down, slowly, step by step. She made it easy to have my kids around and still get the movement I needed. She’s been a life saver!

Rachel is great! I am a newbie at the gym and she helped show me proper technique and how to use a wide range of equipment. She is comfortable to be around when you feel awkward at the gym. She is very friendly and easy to get along with as well. She even noticed that my feet supinate and advised me on insoles/shoes to help. Professional and knowledgeable.
